Meditation - Mindful swimming with wild dolphins in their natural habitat

Dauphinesque meditation

What's the link between meditation, breath and cetaceans?

Like us, cetaceans breathe through their lungs, so they need to hold their breath and rise to the surface to breathe...

Dolphins have developed an extraordinary capacity for prolonged apnea and the adoption of different breathing rhythms.

Freediving diver Jacques Mayol, who inspired the cult film "The Big Blue", says he learned everything from this "Angel" of the sea...

We know that cetaceans are sufficiently evolved beings to voluntarily choose to put themselves in an altered state of consciousness. altered state of consciousness playing with their breath... as if each breathing rhythm allowed for a different "dance of consciousness"...

What do I suggest?

In simple and effective workshops (participation on a voluntary basis), we'll try to draw inspiration from this Cetacean Wisdom firstly, by (re)learning to focus on breathing as a mind-body mind-body anchoring techniquein order to enter into ourselves through this Mindfulness Meditation e...

Then, inspired by the swimming yogi, the Dolphin, we gradually adopt active breathing (pranayoga), juggling between apnea and hyperventilation. This more trancetrance This aspect, more akin to " shamanic trance ", will enable us to work on certain old and heavy emotions, but above all to discover that naturally (without drugs), it's possible to travel to an Elsewhere (in/supra-conscious) by riding the breath, surfing the "eternal wave of the Un-stant"...

So don't hesitate to come and experience this "dolphin-like holotropy". dolphin-like holotropy "You're sure to reap the rewards of this " trance-formed" experience in your daily life. You'll be better able to cope with adversity and enjoy life more, with a positive, cheerful attitude that will benefit your loved ones too!
