Objectives
- Learn to go inside yourself to enable a deeper inner dialogue and better use of your own resources.
- Overcome your fears and imaginary limits (self-sabotage, lack of self-confidence and self-esteem, loyalty conflicts, etc.), to "melt the I into the Self".
- Realize for yourself that the "resilience tutor", even if he or she may momentarily take on the appearance of an "external mentor in the flesh", lodges within our being and can thus be contacted when a certain space of relaxation and openness is established and marked out.
- Transmit to staff members, and indirectly to beneficiaries/colleagues, certain techniques for anchoring and being present to oneself and to one's "higher unconscious".
- Across the 3 levels, go through an ever-expanding panoply of different types of hypnosis to also grasp the "spirit of hypnosis" (e.g.: paradoxical & circular vision of "creality").

At one time or another, we are all confronted with blockages. Like when we know what we should be doing, but "a little inner voice" prevents us from truly living up to our deepest resolutions and aspirations: We can convince ourselves, often in ruminative form - which amounts to a form of autosuggestion - that we can't meet certain challenges, at least not easily, or that others (colleagues, beneficiaries) can't/won't meet our expectations. Unfortunately, our limiting beliefs tend to be confirmed. Fortunately, this "self-fulfilling prophecy" (Pygmalion's Law) can also be put to good use in a positive way. The aim of this training course is to give the "power" back to the participant, so that he or she can (re)become the full actor and co-creator of his or her own life, both on an (inter)personal and professional level.
Development of the ability to see behind the objectively problematic situation, the challenge to be met rather than the problem, the source of learning rather than failure.
This allows the main emotion to be enthusiasm rather than fear, coupled with a posture of caution rather than mistrust.

- Duo work with the trainer behind closed doors and/or in front of the group (on a voluntary basis) to illustrate the full potential of this kind of mind-body approach. - Role-playing and working in sub-groups to enable a better
- Sharing experience in intervision/supervision
