Description
Confidence is a feeling closely linked to the image we construct of ourselves, others and the world in general. Living up to this often fixed and caricatured projection becomes a constant struggle to meet multiple and changing imperatives. Over-identifying with the "masks" we wear to carry out our functions and roles can lead us to forget who we are or wish to be, locking us up ("hell" - "lies") in truncated judgments about our true selves (persona in Latin = mask). In this way, we unwittingly nurture an inner insecurity that contaminates both our relationships with ourselves (confidence) and our interpersonal relationships (assertiveness) - alternating, depending on the circumstances, between adopting an excessive posture of contraction or, on the contrary, a false swelling of the ego (superiority vs. inferiority complex). The training will invite us to let ourselves be there in the world with confidence, rather than with the fear aroused by our past failures, so that we can let ourselves be largely guided by the inspirations of the authentic self for easier access to both inner and outer resources.
Objectives
- Identify in various situations what
- promote self-confidence and assertiveness
- provoke fear and withdrawal, preventing - Approach (rather than scuttle) the here-and-now situation with fresh, open eyes.
- Improve your ability to let go, mentally, emotionally and physically, while respecting each other.
- To be authentically ourselves in relationship with others, without so much need to cling to certainties, beliefs, procedures, roles, etc.
- Face the moment by anchoring and listening to yourself in full trust/awareness, even if it means
- Be content sometimes not to be able to react to the taco taco when overwhelmed by events - without doubting your own skills - and instead allow an unprecedented response to emerge.
Contents

Development of the ability to see behind the objectively problematic situation, the challenge to be met rather than the problem, the source of learning rather than failure.

Eventually, as suggested in a previous e-mail (see extract below), it would be ideal to organize another group specifically and exclusively dedicated to management services.
Mail excerpts:
By way of illustration, the training course I'm currently giving at the IFC [2016-2017] on communication is starting to meet with great success... but I'm realizing with the participants that there are often serious dysfunctions at the level of the hierarchy and its management in its management of critical situations that it contributes in spite of itself to creating or at any rate maintaining... or even amplifying... Echoing their dismay and their requests addressed directly to the IFC following this training course, I also express the wish, copying and pasting a remark made by a participant, that "this training course be included in the panel of compulsory training courses for school directors".
pasting a comment from one of the participants, that "this training should be included in the range of compulsory training courses for school heads". As a matter of fact, recently, when I myself as a trainer had to deal - fortunately equipped with the tools of nonviolent communication,
IFC also referred me to your organization to offer this communication module to principals and management staff in general.
