Understand students' loyalty conflicts to help them succeed

Description
We live in an increasingly complex, multiple, multiversal world. The clash of cultures, civilizations, religions, eras, generations, values... all tugging at our heartstrings in a conflict of loyalties that often prevents us from making and assuming choices and decisions with peace of mind and with which we can truly identify. How can we remain whole when we live in a divided world? The aim of this training course is to help practitioners identify and unravel the conflict of loyalties - seen as the uneasy expression of belonging groups (family, school, society) with their own legitimacy but unable to coexist - which is expressed in the classroom by behaviors that may seem incoherent and contradictory, so that it no longer stands in the way of self-fulfillment!

Objectives

  • Learn to positively reframe school failure as an honest but clumsy attempt - which must therefore be redirected - to respect alliances with one's various backgrounds.
  • Promote the overcoming of conflict through a harmonious and "disempowering" arrangement of its various more or less visible loyalties.
  • By better targeting the issues at stake, improve the relevance and scope of communication with others (especially with parents about children's difficulties).
